A Proven Process
Over the years that we have been operating as property developers, we have honed the process to a fine art.
It all starts with us finding the right land – we search through hundreds of listings every month before we narrow it down to around 10 or 20 that we would like to know more about.
After we have completed our due diligence, we calculate the upper limit of the initial capital investment and then go to auction. Because we have done the maths, we never go above our pre-determined price – that price has taken into account planning and building costs, as well as expected profit.
Every land and property project is conducted in partnership with an individual or group of investors.
We purchase the land through a dedicated special purpose vehicle (SPV) which reflects the agreed-upon profit share. Funds are then used to cover the development costs and building works, with a fast turnaround for completion.

Our team of residential property developers finish each property with luxury fixtures and fittings, and all of the materials that we use are hand-picked for their quality and market-leading specifications.

Typically, joint venture investors can expect to receive their initial investment plus their agreed share of the profits within one to two years. While there is no such thing as a risk-free investment, we can state unequivocally that we have consistently delivered exceptionally high returns to our investors.
